Referral Authorization & Claim Support
Authorize claim sharing with your insurer and the contractor.
Fullstack Roofing provides marketing, call intake, and referral services. We do not perform roofing work. Roofing is performed by independent, licensed third-party contractors. Any contract for roofing work is between you and the contractor. See our Referral & Marketing Disclosure.
What Is This Authorization?
If you are pursuing an insurance claim for roof damage, this form is a Referral Authorization / Claim Support Authorization. It authorizes Fullstack Roofing to:
- Share your claim and property information with your insurance company (e.g., for estimates, supplements, or adjuster meetings).
- Share your claim and property information with the licensed roofing contractor we refer you to, so they can provide an estimate and, if you choose, perform the work.
- Assist with claim-related communication and documentation on your behalf, as a referral and support service.
This authorization does not obligate you to hire anyone. It does not create a contract between you and Fullstack Roofing for roofing work. If your claim is approved and you decide to proceed, the contract for the actual roofing work is between you and the contractor (the company we refer you to). The contractor will be identified by name when you are referred.
If Your Insurance Approves the Claim
If your insurance company approves coverage for roof work:
You may choose the contractor
If you wish to proceed, you will enter into a written agreement with the contractor we referred you to (not with Fullstack Roofing). The contractor will perform the work for the agreed scope and price.
If insurance denies
If the insurance company denies the claim, you owe nothing to Fullstack Roofing for the referral, intake, or claim-support assistance we provided.
No obligation to hire
Signing this referral/claim-support authorization does not obligate you to hire the referred contractor. You are free to get other quotes and choose any contractor. You are also not obligated to pay Fullstack Roofing unless you have a separate written agreement with us for our referral/marketing services.
Why We Use This Authorization
This authorization allows us to coordinate with your insurer and the contractor so that:
- Claim support — We can assist with documentation and communication with your insurance company.
- Referral to a contractor — We can share your information with the licensed contractor so they can provide an estimate and, if you agree, perform the work.
- Clarity — You and the contractor know who is doing the work (the contractor) and who provided referral/claim support (Fullstack Roofing).
