Insurance restoration contingency agreement

Insurance Contingency Agreement

A simple, no-risk agreement: if insurance doesn't pay, you owe nothing.

Fullstack Roofing is a licensed and insured roofing contractor. This agreement ensures we will represent your project's scope of damage to your insurance carrier, and if approved, perform the restoration work for the insurance-approved amount.

How It Works

An insurance contingency agreement is a standard industry practice designed to protect homeowners. It allows us to invest our time, technology, and expertise into documenting your roof damage and meeting with your insurance adjuster, with a clear understanding of the project's next steps:

  • Storm Damage Documentation: We perform a comprehensive photo-documented inspection of your roof, gutters, and siding.
  • Adjuster Meeting: We meet with your insurance adjuster on-site to point out all documented damage, ensuring no storm-damaged components are missed in their scope.
  • Restoration Work: If the claim is approved, Fullstack Roofing will perform the complete roof replacement or repairs using premium materials and qualified crews.
  • Price Guarantee: We perform the work for the exact price approved by your insurance company. Your only out-of-pocket expense is your insurance deductible.

Zero Financial Risk

We stand by our inspections and documentation. If your insurance company denies the claim:

If approved, we do the work

Once your insurance company approves the scope and funding, we schedule your project. We handle the permitting, materials, installation, and cleanup, and bill the insurance company directly.

If denied, you owe nothing

If your insurance company determines there is insufficient damage and denies the claim, this agreement is completely void. You owe us nothing for the inspection or the time spent meeting with your adjuster.

Why Homeowners Choose This Path

  • Expert Advocacy: Insurance adjusters appreciate detailed photo documentation. We make sure every damaged ridge cap, valley, and flashing detail is accounted for.
  • No Price Gouging: Because we agree to work for the insurance allowance, you never have to worry about paying more than what your insurer has determined is the fair market cost.
  • Quality Workmanship: We install premium materials with qualified, experienced crews and back our work with written warranties.
