1) Using this website

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, submitting false information, or using automated tools to scrape or disrupt the site.

2) Referral and marketing disclosure (summary)

Fullstack Roofing provides marketing, call intake, and referral services. Roofing services are performed by independent, licensed third-party contractors, not by Fullstack Roofing. Any contract for roofing work is between you (the homeowner) and the contractor. We do not supervise job sites, control workmanship, or provide construction or workmanship warranties for the roofing work. For full details, see our Referral & Marketing Disclosure.

3) No contractor relationship; third-party contractors

Fullstack Roofing is not a roofing contractor, general contractor, or construction company. We do not have a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship with any contractor such that we would be responsible for their work. We refer you to independent contractors; we do not guarantee their pricing, availability, scheduling, or workmanship. Any agreement for roofing work is solely between you and the contractor you choose.

4) No warranties on services performed by third parties

We do not warrant or guarantee any roofing work, materials, or results performed or supplied by third-party contractors. Any warranties on workmanship or materials are provided by the contractor or manufacturer, not by Fullstack Roofing. We are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of work performed by referred contractors.

5) Estimates, quotes, and lead disclaimers

Any estimate, quote, or pricing information provided through this site, email, phone, or a calculator tool is informational only and non-binding. It is not an offer to perform work. Final pricing and scope depend on an on-site inspection, scope of work, materials selection, and (if applicable) insurance approval. When you submit a form or request a quote, you are requesting to be contacted and/or referred to a contractor; no contract for roofing work is created until you sign a written agreement with the contractor.

6) Financing disclaimer

This site may promote financing options for roofing projects. Fullstack Roofing is not a lender. Any financing is offered by third-party lenders or financing providers. We do not guarantee approval, terms, or rates. Your relationship and any loan agreement are between you and the lender. We are not responsible for the lender’s policies, interest rates, or servicing.

7) Intellectual property

The site content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Fullstack Roofing LLC. You may not copy or redistribute content without written permission.

8) Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

9) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This website and our referral, marketing, and intake services are provided "as is" and may be updated at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Fullstack Roofing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising from your use of the site or our services, or from any work performed by third-party contractors.
  • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms, the site, or our referral/marketing services is limited to the amount you paid to Fullstack Roofing, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of certain warranties; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10) Dispute resolution; governing law; venue

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site or our services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or similar), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in Salt Lake County, Utah. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, for any court proceedings permitted under this section.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
