Fullstack Roofing is not the contractor performing the work. We help coordinate the project and connect customers with the contractor assigned to their location. In Utah, roofing work is performed by an independent licensed and insured contractor; outside Utah, work is performed by the qualified local contractor assigned to the project. What Fullstack Roofing Does
Fullstack Roofing provides marketing, lead-generation, and project-coordination support for residential and commercial roofing services, including roof replacements, leak repairs, maintenance, and solar integrations. The assigned contractor handles installation, permitting, inspections, code compliance, and workmanship.
Workmanship & Supervision
We help organize project communication and documentation. The contractor performing the work is responsible for crew qualifications, local code compliance, safety, manufacturer specifications, warranties, and final workmanship.
Licensing & Insurance
Customers should verify the active license, insurance, permit responsibility, and warranty terms of the contractor assigned to their project before work begins. In Utah, that contractor is an independent licensed and insured roofing contractor.
Warranties
Workmanship warranties are provided by the contractor performing the work, in addition to any manufacturer material warranty. Specific terms should be included in the project proposal before signing.
