Last updated: February 2025 • Fullstack Roofing LLC • www.fullstackroofing.com
1) Overview
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have when you visit our website, submit a form, call us, or request roofing referral or claim-support services.
2) Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact details — Name, phone number, email address, and service or mailing address when you request an estimate, fill out a form, or contact us.
- Project and claim information — Details you provide about your roofing needs, insurance claims, or property (e.g. for quotes or referral to contractors).
- Communications — If you call or message us, we may keep records of those communications (see Call recording and SMS/phone below).
- Usage data — Device type, approximate location, and pages visited, through standard website logs and cookies.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
3) How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Respond to requests for estimates, referrals, or questions.
- Route and schedule — Connect you with contractors, coordinate inspections or follow-up, and support service delivery.
- Deliver our services — Marketing, call intake, referral, and (where applicable) insurance claim-support services.
- Improve the site and user experience (e.g. analytics).
- Comply with legal, safety, and security obligations.
4) Who we share with (lead-sharing)
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following types of parties for the purposes described in this policy:
- Roofing contractors — Independent licensed contractors we refer you to, so they can provide estimates and perform work (with your agreement).
- Call center / scheduler — If we use a third party for call intake, scheduling, or follow-up, we may share contact and project details as needed.
- CRM and operations — Systems we use to manage leads, contacts, and communications.
- Analytics — Services that help us understand site traffic and usage (see our Cookie Policy).
- Financing provider — If you pursue financing, we may share information with the lender or financing partner you choose (we are not the lender).
- Hosting and infrastructure — Providers that host our website and store data on our behalf.
- Legal and safety — When required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
Sharing is for purposes of responding, routing, scheduling, and service delivery. We require parties we work with to use your information only as necessary for those purposes and in line with this policy.
5) Call recording
If we record calls for quality, training, or compliance, we will notify you at the start of the call (e.g. a short message that the call may be recorded). Where applicable, we will describe our recording practices in more detail in a separate notice or on this page. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may ask to be contacted by email instead, where possible.
6) SMS and phone consent (TCPA-style)
When you submit a form or provide your phone number and consent to be contacted, you may receive calls and/or text messages from Fullstack Roofing and/or our partner contractors at the number you provided. These may include autodialed or prerecorded calls or messages. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply for texts. You can opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP or following the instructions in the message. For more on how we use your phone number, see the consent language on our forms and our Terms of Service.
7) Data retention
We keep lead and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes in this policy (e.g. responding, referring, scheduling, and supporting your project) and to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory requirements. Typically we retain lead data for several years after your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner (see User rights below). After that, we may anonymize or delete data where appropriate.
8) Your rights (including Utah and other states)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we do not sell personal information; see Who we share with above).
- Limit use of sensitive personal information where required by law.
Utah and certain other states have privacy laws that may afford additional rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jeremy@fullstackroofing.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand traffic. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
