Our Approach & Scope of Work

  • Full tear-off of the existing two layers of asphalt shingles down to the wood deck.
  • Replaced 3 sheets of damaged plywood decking near the valley.
  • Installed premium self-adhering ice & water shield in the valleys and along the eaves.
  • Upgraded the ventilation system by cutting in new ridge vents and clearing the soffits.

Results & Long-Term Protection
