Many leaks blamed on the roof actually start at window head flashing, sill pans, or siding transitions. When you replace the roof and windows together (or in the right order), we can integrate flashing and drainage so water is directed away from the building envelope. That reduces callbacks and improves long-term performance.

You can still get a great roof. We will flash around existing windows correctly and note any problem areas. If windows are old or leaking, we can recommend sequencing: sometimes it makes sense to do windows first so the roofer can tie new head flashing into the new window units.

A roof inspection can help. We trace where water is entering—often it is at the window head, a corner, or a siding transition rather than the roof plane itself. Once we identify the source, we recommend the right fix and whether to include window or siding work.
